We are so excited to finally get to share this record with you. We’ve worked so hard to make this happen. From writing, re-writing, recording, mixing, mastering, shooting videos and promoting, this has been a labor of love. This is the best Secret Of Boris material we’ve created yet!

We’re also very fortunate to be surrounded by incredibly talented artists and visionaries that helped us bring this record to life. We could not do it alone! We’ll be featuring some of this individuals along with a behind the scenes look at the process in the near future. Stay tuned to our socials.

We are thrilled to unveil our new record, “Humans Are Scary”! The album is set to drop on October 13th, 2023! Mark your calendars.

“Humans Are Scary” is an exploration of the complexities of human nature, our deepest fears, and the raw emotions that make us who we are.

We poured our hearts and souls into this project, collaborating with some of the most talented musicians and producers around. Together, we’ve crafted a sonic tapestry that will challenge your perceptions, ignite your senses, and leave an indelible mark on your musical journey.

This is definitely the most live sounding album we’ve done. It was great to reconnect with our longtime producer, Alex Gerst, who also helmed our debut album, “Your Ghost,” and EP “The Reason + The Remedy,” and record in a different way than we have before with him. Working with Alex is always a pleasure, and a pain in the best way. He’s not there to blow smoke. He’s there to make sure you make a great record. He really brought his skills to this recording while bringing out the best in us.

We also brought in the multitalented Paco Estrada (SouthFM, Heart of the City Music) to help us narrow down the songs, and help with overall pre-production. He was able to help not only find the best songs, but the best parts of the songs and encourage us to develop those parts and elevate the songs from were they began.
